An alert has been issued by Suffolk County Crime Stoppers as they attempt to track down two women who allegedly stole shoes from Famous Footwear on Middle Country Road in Selden on Monday, Nov. 25.

According to police, the suspects removed the rear license plate from their maroon Chevrolet Cruz before fleeing the area in it.

Anyone with information regarding the shoplifting incident, or who recognizes the suspects has been asked to contact Suffolk County Sixth Precinct Crime Section officers at Suffolk County Crime Stoppers by calling 1-800-220-TIPS.
